FAQ

 

Ordering

 

Should we not have your products in stock then please contact us for expected lead time. If we do have stock your products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment has been made. Our courier delivery time is over and above this.

 

Payment Options

 

Wyda accepts payment via EFT, credit card payments via Shopstar Pay as well as Payfast. An order will only be shipped once it's been paid in full. 

 

Collection

 

You're welcome to pick up your order in Kempton Park. Please send an email (including your order number) to shop@wyda.co.za to organise the collection.

 

Shipping

 

All orders are shipped from Kempton Park using our courier TCG. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. Shipping is free for orders over R1500. Otherwise a base shipping fee of R100 for Gauteng and R200 for National will be applicable. Our courier is unable to deliver to a PO Box, so we’ll need a physical address for delivery.

 

International Orders

Customs and Imports

 

All prices are shown in ZAR and the shipping costs does not include customs duties, taxes or any fees charged by the receiving country. These must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

Returns, Exchanges + Refunds

 

All products are carefully inspected before shipping and therefore no returns will be allowed. 
In the case of incorrectly ordered product, we can offer you an exchange for the correct product. In this case, Wyda’s return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We charge a handling fee of R100 for exchanges. We will arrange for collection, then ship your exchanged products to you. Your products will only be shipped once handling fee has been paid into our account.
To complete your exchange, Wyda requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, Wyda will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. We will ship your new products within 3 workings days if we have it in stock.
